⚠️ Get ready for IressID - coming on 9 Sep 2026

Iress is rolling out their IressID login system on this Xplan site from 9 September to 7 October.

You must complete the below steps to retain your Xplan access.

Before 9 Sep - Check your preferred Xplan user email address is your work email address. This is where Iress will send your registration email.
On 9 Sep - You'll get a registration email from Iress - keep this, you'll need it! Our Xplan login page will revert to the 'classic' view with an IressID login option.
Before 7 Oct - Click 'Claim Access' in your Iress registration email and follow the prompts. If you have any issues, call our Opex Support team on 1300 131 152. Once registered, you'll only be able to login by clicking the Login with IressID button.

You'll have until 7 October to switch over, during which time you'll still be able to login as usual with your Xplan username and password, but do this sooner rather than later, as you may need to involve your IT manager depending how you decide to manage your access.

We've just released our Opex Suite updates for Q2 2026 which include:

Enter client data - changes to where you capture your client data for:
- AML - now uses Iress's new AML fields
- Agreed scope - now only uses free text field
- Goals - now only uses Xplan's Goals group field
- View client data for old fields on new page: Key Information/Details > ⭐ Opex Suite: Legacy fields
Transition to Simple advice - Still using Construct advice to generate advice documents? It's time to start moving over to our Simple advice solution. If your licensee is ready to kick this off now, raise a ticket with our Support team to start the process, otherwise we'll reach out in the coming months.
